“4T uses their past training experience and takes into account your current training experience to create a customized blueprint to help take your physique to the next level. This blueprint is not online, derived from their training experiences, but from the proper biomechanics and techniques that they have learned from classes at the University of Central Florida. This blueprint not only offers a complete training style, but it also comes with a customized nutrition guide which is essential in improving your physique. I personally feel that the greatest thing from this blueprint is that you learn what you need to do to achieve your goal. Most trainers will train you for 8 weeks,
tell you what to do and once it is complete will leave you on your own. 4T on the other hand will take you under their wing, teach you as much as possible in order so that when you are on your own, you can continue to grow.”
