Nabil Motlagh

Founder of 4T, an enthusiastic, passionate, and
dedicated Fitness Trainer- Nabil Motlagh has been immersed in this industry for five years creating amazing outcomes for clients. Nabil graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Central Florida with a Bachelors degree in health sciences. He is now in his first year at Emory university to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Isaac Baime

Isaac Baime is a Univeristy of Central Florida graduate with a degree in Health Sciences. Having struggled with numerous injuries himself, he sought out courses throughout the country on biomechanics and muscular imbalances. Using these tools he has had great success with helping others achieve their goals whatever they may be.

Jonathan Wakim

Jonathan Wakim is a Sophomore studying Economics while on a Pre-Medical track at the University of Florida. Having a passion for sports and fitness since an early age, he decided to pursue research in Sports Medicine and Orthopedics in which he is currently assisting a research study focusing on the impacts of sports related concussions on neuromuscular function. He also volunteers weekly at UF Shands hospital, providing palliative care to teens with terminal and life altering illnesses.

Scott Adams

Currently, Scott is a student at The University of North Florida part of the Athletic Training Program. He will graduate in spring 2018 and from there further his studies as he plans for a masters degree in Athletic Training or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Scott has a strong passion for health and fitness which both embody the 4T lifestyle. Since joining To The Top Training, he has continued to better himself every day and strive to help others do the same.
